(POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – PR LOG – June 16, 2014) Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. will be featured on the award-winning home improvement show Designing Spaces™ on the Lifetime Channel on Wednesday, June 18 at 7:30 am (ET/PT) to highlight ideal settings and living space options for active retirees and baby boomers. This show will re-air on Friday, July 18 at 7:30 am (ET/PT) on Lifetime.
In the first segment of this miniseries, “Active Community Lifestyles for Retirees and Baby Boomers” the Designing Spaces team visits with Patrick Waite, executive vice president of property management, Equity Lifestyle Properties. Waite will showcase two communities in Florida; Colony Cove, a resort-style community in Ellenton, and Bay Indies, an active lifestyle community in Venice.
Both locations provide residents with a wide range of social events, amenities and activities including festivals, wood carving, jewelry making, water aerobics, a marina and tennis courts. Residents can also take advantage of the many locations and attractions nearby such as beaches, lakes, golf and camping. Designing Spaces will talk to several residents who describe the amenities and neighborhood feeling this lifestyle provides.
Dennis Wasson, Community Manager of Colony Cove will take viewers room by room through one of the homes to showcase the size, layout, amenities and high-end modern finishings and features it offers.
