Bubba Burger Chili Con Carnie
6 ea. BUBBA Burgers
2 oz. Chili spice Dry
1 can Green Chilies 4 oz.
1 can Red Chilies 4 oz.
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 jar Pickled Jalapenos
1 ea. Diced white Onion
1 Grill seasoned Burgers 8 to 10 minutes
2 Add all the rest of ingredients to slow cook crock pot.
3 Serve as a stew or can be plated
4 Garnish with Jalapenos
A helpful safety tip when cooking a burger, any burger-- make sure that your burgers reach an internal temperature of 161-degrees Fahrenheit.
