Liebeler explains that people should look at four key things when buying a new roof. First, picking the right shingle that will protect and increase the resale value of your home. Second, making sure that the contractor installs a complete roofing system. Third, choosing the right warranty to protect your investment. Fourth, and probably the most important thing-- choosing the right contractor. Remember, you can pick the best materials but if they’re not installed right, you could be in for a load of trouble.
