Welcome to the Quorum Productions Services Web sites (the "Sites"), located at DesigningSpaces.tv and kitchenspaces.tv. The Sites are owned and operated by Quorum Productions, LLC ("Quorum," "we" or "us"). By using or accessing the Sites, you agree to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites.

Not For Children

The Sites are not intended for use by children. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the Sites who are under the age of 13.

Information Quorum Collects

We may collect "personally identifiable information" from you such as your name, postal address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, age, nationality, and gender when you register for an account to use the Sites and participate in all interactive features on the Sites (such as sweepstakes and contests, surveys, e-newsletter subscriptions, special offers, or posting comments, stories, photos, videos, and other content on the Sites). We may also collect pictures if you post photographs or videos on the Sites. We will only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us (such as when you register, post content, or email us).

We may request you to provide financial information such as credit/debit card information for payment and/or age verification purposes. By providing such information or making a purchase on the Sites, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transactions. These third parties may include credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transactions.

We also collect some non-personally identifiable information from you by "passive" means through the use of cookies. We use "session cookies" to store preferences and record past activities of our visitors in order to provide better quality of service and a better user experience, customized content and/or layout of our page. Third-Party Offers and Links and Co-Brand Relationships

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Quorum Sites.

Third Party Cookies: Quorum allows a third-party ad server to serve advertisements within and/or on the Sites. Because your web browser must request these advertisements from the third-party server, it can send its own cookies to your cookie file, just as if you had requested a web page from the Sites. The ad server may collect information such as your IP address and click stream information.

Use of Information Obtained by Quorum

We will use your personally identifiable information to create your accounts on the Site(s), to customize your experience on the Sites, for customer service, notify you about special offers or events, send e-newsletters, and to provide you with information that you may request. We may use your personally identifiable information to notify you if a posting has been deemed unacceptable and has been removed from the Sites, or if we receive a copyright infringement claim about your posting.

Quorum may also use personally identifiable information to directly market certain offers to you including, without limitation, via email marketing, telemarketing, and direct mail. We may also use personally identifiable information to monitor compliance with the Site's Terms of Use and to request your feedback on the Sites. By registering for an account on any of our Sites, you consent to receive commercial email, and telemarketing messages from us. If you change your mind later, please send an opt-out request by sending an email to newsletter@DesigningSpaces.tv. Commercial email will also provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. Please note that changes to your preferences may not be effective immediately.

We may share personally identifiable information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We may also share your personally identifiable information accompanied by your non-personal information, such as your demographic information, with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We may sell the personal information that you supply to us and we may join together with other businesses to bring selected retail opportunities to you. These businesses may include, but are not limited to providers of online, email, telemarketing, direct mail marketing services and applications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a California state resident you may opt-out from having your personal information shared with third parties for marketing purposes by sending a written e-mail request to newsletter@DesigningSpaces.tv and completing a "do not share" request. We may also disclose your information when we determine it is necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the interests or safety of Quorum or other visitors to the Sites.

Refer a Friend

The Sites offer you the opportunity to easily notify a friend about the Sites and/or their features. If you choose to use our referral services to tell a friend about one of our Sites, we will ask you for your friend's personally identifiable information, including name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the applicable Site. Quorum stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at newsletter@DesigningSpaces.tv to request that we remove this information from our database. Our one-time email to your friend will inform him or her of this fact.

Community Functions

The Sites may make comments, forums, message boards, and/or other community functions available to its registered users. Remember that any information you disclose in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other information. You should use such community functions at your own risk.

You may edit your information on your Quorum profile page at any time. You may also remove your account from the Site if you no longer wish to be registered on the Site.
