Lighthouse Point, Florida Fire Chief David Donzella’s Station is due for an upgrade. The station was built in 1974 and it shows. We’ll take you inside the life of the fire station as it undergoes a much-needed upgrade. As part of the makeover the fire station will have a fire sprinkler system installed. Even a fire station, where the crew lives for 24-hour shift, is vulnerable to fires. To lead by example, the station is getting outfitted with a complete system.
